Marquee Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026 · Applies to the Marquee app. For other Atreus Industries products, see the general privacy policy.

Marquee is a concert calendar. It is designed to need as little of your information as possible, and to show other people as little of it as possible. There are no ads, no analytics trackers, and we never sell data to anyone.

What works without an account

Browsing venues and shows requires no account. The venues you save and the lists you keep are stored on your device. Searches you make (a venue name, city, ZIP code, or a date range) are sent to our server to look up events from our ticketing partners; searches are not tied to your identity.

If you sign in

Marquee uses Sign in with Apple only. We store the account identifier Apple issues, your name as provided by Apple, and your email address — which may be Apple's private relay address if you choose to hide yours. Your email is never shown to other users. Signing in enables:

Location

If you grant location access, your location is used to find venues near you and to sort or group venues by distance. It is used in the moment and is not stored on our server or shared with anyone.

Where your data goes

Event and venue results come from Ticketmaster and SeatGeek; we send them only the search itself (venue, area, dates), never your identity. Our server and database are hosted on Railway in the United States. We keep server logs for operations and debugging; they are not used for advertising or profiling.

Deleting your account

Account → Delete Account removes your account and the server-side data tied to it — RSVPs, friendships, and your membership in shared lists. Lists stored only on your device stay on your device. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Children

Marquee is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
